We stayed for 10 days at Indlwane Villa and we had the time of our lives. It is a quiet neighbourhood and while you cant reach everything by foot you can just take an uber which is very convenient. On top of that this is compensated by the most beautiful view second only to the one from table mountain or lions head. Georgette was always responsive and helpful. Treat yourself and stay at this awesome house in a peaceful neighbourhood. Plenty of well designed spaces to socialize with the group, or medidate quietly if you wish. House-Keeping is not included, but I strongly suggest to add it. The host is fabulous and will greet you with a high class reception, and will delightfully stay in touch with you throughout the visit. We had a wonderful time at this house for two weeks and highly recommended it.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The house is truly incredible with nothing that hadn’t been thought about in its design. There is so much space that you wont ever tread on each other’s toes, but there are also lots of spaces ideal for socialising when you want that. As other reviews state, the property is somehow better than the already insane photos, and I have no doubt that this little haven of luxury would blow anyone’s mind. We were worried about safety ahead of our first trip to Cape Town, but our fears were soon forgotten when we saw how secure the property is, with a milieu of different features to hunker down when needed. Further, the staff that tend to the home are brilliant at what they do, not to mention very friendly and extremely trustworthy. Georgette is by far the most responsive Airbnb host l’ve experienced and is on hand to contact at all hours if you need her. We won’t hesitate to book again for our next trip to the City.

Georgette was most perfect host of her amazing villa, nothing was too much trouble, we had some great BBQ’s with stunning views of Lions head, signal hill and Cape Town. We awoke the next morning and the BBQ and tools had been cleaned by Laurence (who was on call if ever needed and there in minutes ). The villa photographs do not do it justice, everything exceeded our expectations, perfect pool temperature, inexpensive and very reliable UBER for the 6 of us down to V&A, Botanical Gardens or wherever made it a great location. The garage parking was excellent giving access directly into the villa. We just need to find an excuse to come back to Cape Town, as Georgette’s very spacious luxurious four bedroom en-suite villa would be our definite choice.

Travelled to Cape Town for 10 nights in January 2023 and it was absolutely spectacular. About a week or so before arriving Georgette reached out to finalize some specifics and provided a link to a grocery delivery service which we used to that the place was stocked on arrival. Check in was easy with Georgette meeting us in person a few hours before the standard 3pm. The villa itself was immaculate. Modern furnishings, clean as can be, and lots of space. This place was truly 10/10. Best of all was that Georgette was super helpful and available to provide recommendations for activities, transportation etc and was always very quick to respond. We will absolutely be retuning to Cape Town and will look here first! This rental is a MUST!

If you are reading this review and considering staying here, just do it! I promise you will have an absolutely exceptional stay. It truly doesn’t get better than this. The home makes the Ritz Carlton seem like a 3-star accommodation. As stunning as the photos look, they don’t fully do it justice. The home is massive (took me 6 minutes to take a video of the place to brag to all of my family & friends) with numerous indoor/outdoor living spaces. My family’s jaws dropped during the home walkthrough. The top 5 words I’d use to describe Georgette’s home are: luxurious, spotless, central, picturesque, and comfortable. Home aside, the housekeeping is off the charts! You will be pampered and able to enjoy your vacation w/o the hassle of tidying, cleaning, etc. Lastly, the location in the heart of Gardens (situated higher up on the mountain with incredible views) can’t be beat. I’d unequivocally recommend the home!

Where should I start : Georgette was an amazing host! What a joy and gift to get to know her and her wonderful team Noma and Laurence. It felt like family to us and we loved every second at this amazingly beautiful house. Georgette went out of her way to spoil our kids and us with all kind of treats and toys to play with and made our pre Christmas time in the decorated house very special. We also enjoyed our time with Laurence and Noma a lot and we appreciated to know more about their families and home countries. Let me tell you why this property has perfect reviews. The house is somehow even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. It’s spotless and has gorgeous views in every direction. Georgette, the owner, is a combination of your favorite auntie and your fairy godmother giving you the best advice and making your vacation wishes come true. Laurence and Noma are on-site six days a week and are such interesting and lovely people. They keep the house running seamlessly and are such fun to chat with. We have stayed in a couple of really beautiful houses over the last couple of years, but never have we stayed in a house like this! I just couldn’t believe my eyes when Laurence opened the front door. Looking down the entrance hallway, I knew we were in for a treat. The hallway leads you down to the first floor with 4 bedrooms, an outdoor patio overlooking the city and Lions Head. A perfect spot to relaxing while lying in the hammock. The bedrooms are Amazing. All tastefully decorated on-suite with spacious bathrooms including double showers and -vanity’s. In 2 of the bathrooms you are overlooking Cape Town while showering. Ample storage space throughout with both hanging and packing build in cupboards. There is also a television in every room if you need some time to yourself! The main bedroom is to die for! Spacious is an understatement and the bathroom is amazing. I especially loved the double rain shower! One floor down you get to the entertainment area. Here you’ll find a perfectly equipped kitchen with separate scullery. You’ll also find a guest toilet conveniently situated just behind the kitchen. A massive marble dinner table offers ample of space for those stay in evenings. The lounge is spacious with ample of seating. Then you get to the patio area. Here you’ll find an outdoor shower and toilet facilities. A build in BBQ for those typical South African braais and a Beautiful heated pool rounds off the patio area. The most spectacular thing about this magnificent house is the view of Cape Town! It’ll blow your breath away! I cannot describe how happy I and my family were to stay in this wonderful villa for 21 days, which exceeded all expectations. The villa is very beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious and have a wonderful view. Each room has a spacious bathroom and has a bidet shower This was an important point for us. Georgette gave us a warm welcome upon arrival with a delicious drink, chocolate ,fruit basket and also she put water, juice, soft drinks, milk and some things we needed in the fridge for our first day. The next day she sent ro us some croissants from the best French bakery in Cape Town. The housekeeper “Noma” was very wonderful and does her job very well and quietly and makes the house perfect for us and there was Laurence he is always available in the villa to serve and help in the time of need and he was very helpful and did not hesitate to serve us at any moment. No matter what I write about Georgette, words will not do her justice, a nice, wonderful, understanding hostess who served us with everything she could, even when one of our family members needed to go to the hospital, she delivered us by herself and she wait us until we went to the pharmacy and took the medicines and did not leave us for a moment. On our last day, she said goodbye to us nicely and thanked us.

WOW! What an incredible experience we had! It is tempting to write more than a thousand words to describe everything about Georgette and her two housekeepers Laurence and Noma (who are available at all times but completely invisible should you prefer to not engage with them at all). Indlwane Villa (which means the nest… and that says it all!), is located at the edge of Table mountain. The views and access to hiking trails is astounding. The rooms and bathrooms are large and incredibly contemporary and luxurious. Multiple outdoor dining and sitting areas with insane views. The pool and braai/BBQ area was a ‘look forward to’ space every day. If you love bird watching, this is the place! Thank you Georgette for creating such beautiful memories for me and my family. There is a reason why Georgette has routinely received 5/5 reviews for her villa. This is because the experience is exceptional. INDLWANE is designed in such a way that you will still be able to find areas of peace & seclusion with all four bedrooms being occupied. The views are breathtaking – its proximity to hip Kloof Street couldn’t be closer – if Camps Bay is your vibe then you’re 5 mins away. Location simply couldn’t be better. I must be honest though, the sole reason I rented the house was for the BBQ / Braai and wow, I was not disappointed. Gas is cheating. This BBQ is really for a purist, charcoal & wood, enough space to have two side-by-side fires (one to feed your grill while the other produces more coals). I cooked everything from prawns, chicken. lamb, boerewors, braai broodjties, it was out of this world. My family was able to enjoy the views and pool while I cooked up a feast night after night. I don’t use the term magical too often, but in this case it’s truly warranted. Georgette is an angel and will ensure your stay is nothing short of unforgettable.

We stayed in this beautiful villa with seven persons for almost two weeks. Being all used to a certain kind of standard and seeing the beautiful pictures our expectations were quite high. Within not even 30 minutes after our arrival we knew that these expectations were even exceeded. The view from the living area, the terrasse and the bedrooms was absolutely stunning, looking over Lion’s Head, Gardens, the city bowl and cape bay. This was truly a highlight waking up to every morning. The rooms and the whole house are tastefully furnished with great attention to detail and very high quality equipment including everything you could wish for. Especially the kitchen equipment was supreme. Georgette is an absolute pro when it comes to hosting. She was always reachable when we needed her and gave us great advice and insider tips on what to do. After having lived in Cape Town for three months and visiting for the fifth time, we thought we knew it all, but Georgette proofed us wrong in a positive way. She has a big network including everything you could wish for from private chefs, to massages at the pool and much more, she always knows a guy. She was super discrete and 100% respected our privacy, being there for us when needed but leaving us space. She has an absolutely beautiful personality and made us feel welcome from the first second. Even after we checked out Georgette helped us with some trouble at the airport. The staff was there whenever needed, from providing us with equipment to braai in the beautiful outdoor kitchen, cleaning the pool and terrace or opening the door, when we forgot our keys. Laurence is one of a kind ! However if you want to have your privacy you won’t notice them at all. Every morning the lovely housekeeper Noma brought fresh towels for the pool, did the dishes and took care of the villa being sparkling clean. She was very exact yet super discrete and absolutely trustworthy. Long speech short, we could not find one single negative point about the villa and would come back anytime! Thank you Laurence, Noma and Georgette for making our time in Cape Town so special.

Georgette as a host is dedicated to perfection handing over a spotless cleaned and disinfected house with a welcome drink and fresh flowers on every floor. Her willingness and offer to assist and support for every possible request is outstanding as well as her staff supporting her. The Italian tiles over the whole place, the double rain showers in every of the 4 sleeping rooms, the high quality German appliances and fittings and the full list of amenities supplied such as a infinity pool overlooking the city ( just amazing) the outdoor bbq and kitchen as well as the outdoor shower and toilet. Our kids fell immediately in love with this house and the pool, and it was very convenient to have a contemporary full tv – controlled security system in place as well as a fully automatic pool cover. We stayed at Indlwane in December 2020. In short, this is definitely one of the best rentals we’ve ever made. Amenities are fantastic, and very well designed. The house in itself is stunning, with every room having fantastic views. Sunset at the villa are definitely not to be missed, with an unrivaled view on the city, the port as well as Lion’s Head. Based on an amazing vantage point, the house is located conveniently from streets with bars / restaurants / brunch places and shops. In terms of hospitality, Georgette was very caring and made sure everything would be alright for us. Laurence, was very amicable and helpful in setting us up, and kept our luggage for us after check out. They both helped make our stay perfect, in a very nice and natural way. This place is wonderful. It’s much better than we expected. The pictures do not capture the elegance of this home. It is better appreciated in person. The home is modern and aesthetically pleasing. It has spectacular views of the city, ocean and mountains from all the rooms. One of my best things to do during our 8 day stay was sit at the balcony and drink coffee in the morning or wine in the evening while enjoying the view. The service provided by Georgette and her staff was first class. Georgette helped us pick out places to visit. She helped make our Cape Town visit memorable. This villa is absolutely fabulous. We did have high expectations since the reviews were very positive and the communication beforehand splendid. Georgette is an absolute pro with an outstanding staff on site that helps with every little question that one could have. The attention to detail (which five star hotel brings new flowers three times a week?) and the desire to assist in every which way is just outstanding. We felt very welcome and our kids fell in love with the villa. We really enjoyed the safety pool cover which can be removed with a remote control which disarms the entire the pool situation. Our kids are still very young and this detail alone puts this property on top of the list. The amenities in this location are plenty and we made full use of every single on, including cooking outdoors. The views are really special as well and the security system is state of the art.
