Confirmation & Payment

  • Please note that this is a provisional reservation which will be kept for a maximum of 7 days from date of inquiry.
  • The rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and do not include any Bank Charges or Foreign Currency Conversion fees.
  • Banking fees and Administrative fees (5%) will be deducted from all refunds.
  • We kindly ask that each of our guests provide us with written confirmation to secure their reservation within these 7 days, as INTABA Luxury VILLAS reserves the right to cancel a reservation after this period.
  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required along with the reservation and the full amount is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
  • A confirmation will be issued upon receipt of the deposit.
  • Should you make a reservation within 30 days before your intended arrival, a 100% deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy

  • Should you have confirmed a reservation in writing and cancelled earlier than 31 days before your arrival, 30% of the full accommodation will still be charged.
  • If the cancellation is made within 30 days, then the full amount is payable.
  • During the Festive Season, defined as 20th December – 6th January annually, the fee is 50% of the accommodation if the reservation is cancelled up to 61 days before the arrival date and the full amount if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival.
  • In the case of early departure, the full duration of the booked stay will still apply.
  • Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are done at the discretion of management and are dependent on the availability of the rooms.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and our relationship and/or any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Your continued use of the Website will constitute your consent and submission to the jurisdiction of the South African courts regarding all proceedings, transactions, applications or the like instituted by either party against the other, arising from any of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and Intaba Luxury Villas, you hereby consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa (Western Cape Division, Cape Town) notwithstanding that the quantum in the action or proceedings may otherwise fall below the monetary jurisdiction of that court.

Nothing in this clause 23 or the Terms and Conditions limits your right to approach any court, tribunal or forum of competent jurisdiction in terms of the CPA.
